Honestly, going into this book, I already thought of myself as a good thinking. However, this book provided me with a reality check! Most of us forget “thinking” is a full time job. Maxwell really lays the foundation for how to think sucessfully by providing tangiable actions to take and real life examples of implementation. Highly recommend for anyone graduating from college or high school — good book for grads!

I really like this book, it was a easy read and made a ton of sense in the real world. I love his ideas and proccess thinking. I was able to use multi strategies to better fulfill our team with these ideas.
